Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during launch periods, promotions, or public holidays.
The amount of time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on which shipping option has been selected.
Australian Shipping Time Frames:
Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
International Shipping Time Frames:
Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days
Express Shipping: 3–10 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Billie Mae proudly offers worldwide shipping, allowing you to enjoy your pieces
wherever you are.
Will I incur international customs, duties & taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Billie Mae is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on eligible items (excluding earrings) within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- The return must be requested within 14 days from the date your order was delivered
Approved returns will be issued a refund, however if the return is out of the 14 days, we may issue a store credit in the form of a Billie Mae digital gift card in our sole discretion.
We do not offer refunds outside of this policy timeline.
We do not offer returns on final sale items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for
change of mind.
If your earrings arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of
receiving your order.
Once assessed and approved, you will be offered:
- A replacement pair free of charge, or
- A store credit in the form of a Billie Mae digital gift card
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please email returns@billiemaejewellery.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
Additional Information:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted
Warranty
Do my pieces come with a warranty?
Yes. Billie Mae offers a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing faults and defects.
We provide this warranty in addition to any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
What is covered under your warranty?
Billie Mae's warranty covers:
- Structural faults
- Clasp or closure faults
- Stone setting faults (where applicable)
What is not covered by your warranty?
Our warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or accidental damage
- Damage caused by improper use, storage, or care
- Lost or stolen items
- Change of mind
Jewellery is delicate by nature, and proper care will help preserve its beauty over time.
How do I make a warranty claim?
To submit a warranty claim, please email hello@billiemaejewellery.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Where you return products to us to make a warranty claim, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of you returning the products to us.
If we confirm that your product is faulty and covered under warranty, we will refund your return delivery costs.
Our team will assess your claim and provide next steps.
Every Billie Mae piece is designed to be worn and loved, and we are here to support you should any issue arise.
This Warranty is only valid and enforceable in Australia and is governed by the laws of Victoria.

To preserve its lasting beauty, we recommend storing pieces separately when not in use and avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or abrasive surfaces. While your jewellery is created for daily wear, thoughtful care will help maintain its refined finish and luminous shine over time.
How do I clean my jewellery?
For best results, gently polish your piece with your Billie Mae cloth as needed.
With the right care, your jewellery will remain effortlessly beautiful, wear after wear.
Can I wear my jewellery in water?
Yes. Billie Mae pieces are crafted with an 18K gold PVD finish over a stainless steel base, making them waterproof and designed for everyday wear.
This means they can comfortably be worn during handwashing, showering, and daily activities without losing their glow. However, to help preserve their finish for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals such as chlorine, cleaning products, and perfumes.
With thoughtful care, your jewellery is made to hold its shine beautifully for years to come.

Not all gold jewellery is created equal, and we didn’t come here to do ordinary.

Sizing
Where can I find sizing information?
Information regarding sizing can be found on our sizing guide.
How do I find my ring size?
We recommend to use a piece of string to wrap around your the intended finger for wear and then use that section to measure the length against a ruler and compare against our sizing guide.
Alternatively, you can measure the inside diameter of a ring you already own and compare against our sizing guide.
Always remember that your hands will be different sizes and you need to measure according to the finger you intend to use.
