Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- The return must be requested within 14 days from the date your order was delivered
Approved returns will be issued a refund, however if the return is out of the 14 days a store credit in the form of a Billie Mae digital gift card will be issued. We do not offer refunds outside of this policy timeline.
We do not offer returns on final sale items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Earrings (Hygiene Policy)
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
If your earrings arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once assessed and approved, you will be offered:
- A replacement pair free of charge, or
- A store credit in the form of a Billie Mae digital gift card
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at returns@billiemaejewellery.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email returns@billiemaejewellery.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
Additional Information
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted
